DIGRAM: Discrete Graphical Models

DIGRAM, a PC based program, written by Svend Kreiner of the Department of Sociology, analyzes recursive graphical models for discrete data. The program is interactive and allows both for asymptotic and exact conditional inference. Included in the program is a help option which explains the commands for the program. For general introduction to the use of the program see the paper by Klein, Keiding and Kreiner Statistics in Medicine 14, 1265-1290, 1995 or the Technical Report on which the paper is based.

UPDATE (March, 2004): A much more recent verison of this program is now available from Dr. Kreiner at http://www.biostat.ku.dk/~skm/skm/index.html.
Further information on the use of the program is available from Svend Kreiner at http://www.biostat.ku.dk/staff/skm-e.htm.
