Professor Lim joined the Division of Biostatistics in July 2002. Prior to joining MCW she was a research specialist at the Division of Infectious Diseases, School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University, where she worked on designing, conducting, and analyzing clinical trials and epidemiologic studies, related to tuberculosis and HIV diseases.

Professor Lim is the director of the Biostatistics Consulting Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Professor Lim also serves as the Biostatistician at the Department of Surgery at MCW. Her research interests include multiple failure time models in survival analysis, design and analysis of clinical trials, and epidemiologic studies.
